Step 1: Send Us Your Cat’s Photos

After placing your order, please send us 2-3 clear photos of your cat through Instagram/Facebook DM or email: 📩 info@mellosora.com

Our customer service team will review your photos and reply as soon as possible.

For the best result, please provide:

• A clear close-up photo of your cat’s face
• A full-body photo showing the overall coat pattern
• Additional photos from different angles if available

The more details we can see, the better we can capture your cat’s unique appearance.

Step 2: Review Your Custom Sketch

After receiving your photos, our artist will create a custom sketch based on your cat’s features.

Before production begins, we will send you the sketch for approval.

You can request up to 2 rounds of revisions to make sure the design is as close as possible to your expectations.

If you are not satisfied with the final sketch, you may request a refund before production starts.

Step 3: Handmade Creation Begins

Once you approve the final sketch, our artist will begin creating your custom lighter sleeve.

Each piece is carefully painted by hand, making every custom order truly unique.

⏳ Production Time

Custom orders require more time than our regular collections because every design is created individually.

The exact timeline depends on the communication and approval process. In most cases, production will be completed within 7 days after the final sketch is approved.
