Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide to most countries. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

In select countries, we offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please check the checkout page for eligibility.

All orders are shipped from our warehouses in Hong Kong.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and bank holidays).

    Customer Responsibility for Shipping Address

    It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of checkout.

    • We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts, returns, loss, or destruction of packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
    • If a package becomes undeliverable due to an address error and the customer does not respond to our attempts to obtain a corrected address within the timeframe specified by the carrier, the package may be returned to us (at the customer's expense) or destroyed by the carrier.
    • No refund will be issued for the order total, shipping fees, or any associated costs if the customer’s address is incorrect.
    • Re-shipment (if possible) will require a new order and payment of additional shipping fees.

    We strongly recommend double-checking your address before completing your purchase. Address changes after dispatch may incur additional fees and are subject to carrier approval.

    Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

    • The price you pay at checkout is the final price: product subtotal + shipping costs only.
    • We do not collect or charge any taxes, VAT, duties, or other import fees.
    • All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any related clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
    • If your shipment is delayed or held by customs due to local regulations, unpaid duties, or policy changes, you must contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue and pay any required fees promptly.
    • We are not liable for packages seized, delayed, or returned due to unpaid duties or failure to comply with local import laws.

    Delays, Loss, Damage & Limitations of Liability

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other events beyond our control (force majeure).
    • While we take every precaution to package items securely, we are not liable for loss, damage, or theft that occurs after the package has been handed to the carrier.
    • All shipments include basic carrier insurance. In the rare event of loss or damage, the customer must file a claim with the carrier directly. We are not responsible for claims for lost or damaged items that occur during transit.
    • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the shipment process, including but not limited to lost profits, reputational damage, or any other form of consequential loss.

    Unclaimed Packages

    • If a customer’s package is not claimed from the carrier or a return to sender is issued, we will not issue a refund for the product or shipping costs.
    • If a customer fails to respond to the carrier’s request for additional information (such as customs payment), the package may be returned to us at the customer's expense, or abandoned.
